### Returns & Exchanges

Because bedding is a personal-use item, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for bedding that has been used, washed, damaged, stained, or removed from its original condition, unless there is a confirmed product defect or we shipped the wrong item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

### Silk Duvet Care

Silk duvets are not machine washable. Please use a duvet cover and follow the care instructions provided with your order.

### Final Sale Notes

Gift items, promotional items, and opened personal-use accessories may be final sale for hygiene reasons.
