### Greater Vancouver Local Delivery

Estimated local delivery time is 1-2 business days for in-stock items, subject to delivery capacity. Same-day delivery may occasionally be available when capacity allows.

After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the delivery window.

### Canada-Wide Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD 249 within Canada.

Orders under CAD 249:

- Kids duvets: CAD 14.99 flat-rate standard shipping
- Silk eye masks and small items: CAD 5.99 standard untracked shipping

Estimated transit time outside Greater Vancouver is 3-7 business days after dispatch. Remote or northern areas may take longer.

### Remote Areas

Remote, northern, or hard-to-serve areas may require additional shipping confirmation. If extra shipping fees apply, we will contact you before shipping your order.

### Silk Eye Masks

Silk eye masks may ship by standard untracked mail. Tracking upgrades may be available at checkout or by request.
