Shipping & Local Delivery

We ship to Canada and the United States and offer local delivery in Greater Vancouver. Available delivery options are shown at checkout for your address.

United States Shipping

All-Season, Winter and Kids silk duvet orders include free standard shipping to the United States. Select the United States in the country selector to see US-market pricing.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Express shipping, when available, is a separate paid option. Free shipping refers to standard delivery and does not include any applicable import duties or taxes.

Shipping charges for accessories or mixed-product orders are calculated at checkout.

Greater Vancouver Local Delivery

Estimated local delivery time is 1-2 business days for in-stock items, subject to delivery capacity. Same-day delivery may occasionally be available when capacity allows.

After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the delivery window.

Canada-Wide Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over CAD 249 within Canada. Shipping eligibility and charges are calculated at checkout after discounts; accessories may have separate shipping rates.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated transit time outside Greater Vancouver is 3-7 business days after dispatch. Remote or northern areas may take longer.

Remote Areas

Remote, northern, or hard-to-serve areas may require additional shipping confirmation. If extra shipping fees apply, we will contact you before shipping your order.

Silk Eye Masks & Small Items

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Silk eye masks may ship by standard untracked mail. Tracking upgrades may be available at checkout or by request.
